Every calculator, guide and the plan generator on the website are free to use without an account. Optional tips are voluntary one-off payments handled by the tip platform and are not refundable unless that platform's rules say otherwise.
The mobile app offers an optional purchase that removes ads and unlocks extra features. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by their terms, including their refund policies. To request a refund, use the store you bought from.
